• When ECN calls a station, system, or network, we…
  • Speak directly with the Traffic department
  • Ask how they would like to receive instructions:  fax, email or both
  • Verify name, title, phone, fax and email, and all stations that each person handles
  • Track multiple people in the Traffic department, including:
    • Traffic Manager, Assistant, Continuity and Coordinators assigned to specific advertisers

• Agencies can send instructions to:
  • fax
  • email
  • fax and email simultaneously
  • multiple contacts in the Traffic or Sales departments

• Traffic distribution is based on each station’s preference as tracked in ECN’s media database

• Agencies with special or custom media contacts can easily distribute information (ECN stores your custom contacts with your ID)
